Client management where every company appears once.

The hospital is a client, a prospect, an invoice recipient and an assignment site at once. In alluvo client management it is one record, with its wards underneath as sites. Sales, scheduling and invoicing read and write in the same place.

At a glance

One company. One record. Even when it shows up in five places.

  1. Companies, contacts, accounts and suppliers live in one place, and every app works on the same records.
  2. Sites hang off the parent company as accounts, instead of standing next to each other as ten companies.
  3. Included in the price per employee on assignment, like every module.

From everyday work

Two scenes from the client file. One of them is happening right now.

  1. Mit alluvo 01

The wards hang off the parent company.

Sites are accounts under the company they belong to in alluvo. Contract, invoice and conversation hang on the same organisation, and every app works on this one record.

    A thing of the past

The hospital is on the list five times. Once per ward.

Every ward called at some point, and every time someone created a new company. The framework contract hangs on one of them, the invoices on another, and the note from the last conversation on a third.

The consequenceNobody sees how much revenue the hospital brings in total. In the annual review you negotiate terms without knowing your own numbers.

  2. Mit alluvo 02

The contact is kept up to date from activities.

Emails, calls and notes hang on the contact, not in one person's mailbox. The assistant pulls job title and extension from signatures and shows you every change for confirmation first.

    A thing of the past

The new extension number is in a signature. In somebody's mailbox.

The head of nursing has changed. The colleague in sales knows, because the email went to her. The file still lists the old contact with the old number.

The consequenceScheduling calls someone who is no longer responsible. The request that would have come in that day goes to a competitor.

AI in the app

Say it to alluvo.

With the alluvo operator, Claude or ChatGPT does the work in this app at your word, with your permissions and in your data. Somebody types these sentences exactly as they are written here.

  • „What do we know about Musterkunde GmbH?“

Account briefing · What you know about a company or a contact, pulled together from master data, timeline, opportunities and contracts.

  • „Enrich the contacts from the latest emails.“

Enrich contacts · Pulls the direct line, position and spelling from emails, signatures and notes, and shows every change for confirmation first.

  • „Find duplicate companies and show me the preview.“

Merge duplicate records · Finds duplicate companies and contacts and shows, before every merge, what moves, what collides and what depends on it.

  • „The company has opened a new location.“

Log a company signal · Notes that a company is hiring, expanding, has received funding or has changed its leadership.

Questions

Questions about client management.

What is the difference between a company and an account?

The company is the legal entity you sign the contract with. Accounts are its sites, such as the wards of a hospital. That way ten hospitals of one operator appear in the list as one client with ten sites.

Do I need the CRM module for this?

No. Companies, contacts, accounts and suppliers are part of the alluvo base. The CRM module builds on the same records, with email inbox, activities, outreach sequences and landing pages.

What happens to duplicate companies?

The data quality app detects duplicates. When you merge, you first see which fields move, which conflict and what hangs on both records.

Can I see who changed a contact?

Yes. The field history records for every field who changed what and when.
