Hello,
I'm Pascal. Founder of alluvo. And a staffing agency owner myself.
I built alluvo because software in this industry drove me mad. It costs time instead of giving it back. It feels like 2006, not 2026. Feature requests take months. Bugs hibernate. And sales promises something else in the meantime.
Contracts get written in Word. A powder keg. People make mistakes. That is fine, that is human. But it does not have to be this way. Without that powder keg you save money, time and nerves. I speak from experience.
Numbers? Exports? Interfaces? All sluggish. API, MCP, CLI? If at all, then half-hearted and expensive. Out of fear that you might leave with your data. I believe the opposite: whoever holds on to data loses customers.
I'm a developer. I learned to program at twelve. Today, 26 years later, I see this industry's tomorrow with different eyes.
I see systems with guardrails. Compliant, automated, AI-driven. They work for people, so that people can look after people again. In sales, relationships replace Excel sessions. In recruiting, the person behind the résumé gets time again. And leadership has room for its own people again.
This industry faces one of the biggest challenges in its history. All the more important that nothing keeps you from focusing on exactly that. The best will win the race. Those who talk to people and let AI do the rest.
My conviction: soon, nobody in staffing will have to sit in front of a computer. Things will simply get done.
If you see it the same way, let's talk. And when you call, no call center picks up. It is someone who knows the code you are using right now.
Kind regards
Pascal Kremp
Founder of alluvo
P.S. If something is missing, tell me. That is exactly how alluvo came about.
