Installation guide

The first free AI plugin for staffing agencies.

Claude and ChatGPT take the same route: the plugin through the marketplace, the command line with two commands, and for everything else the manual connection. After that, the assistant you already work with handles scheduling, recruiting, contracts, shift plans and hours approval directly in alluvo.

Requirements

  1. A free alluvo account

The plugin is the connection to your workspace. Without an account it has no system to talk to. Installation and connection cost nothing; the AI work the assistant does afterwards runs on your account's credits.

    Start for free

  2. A Claude or ChatGPT subscription

That is where the plugin runs. Which of the two you choose makes no difference to alluvo, and both routes are below.

  3. Install the plugin

Add the marketplace, install the plugin, connect. Three steps in the interface, no configuration file.

  4. Get started

Say what the result should be. alluvo knows the order of the steps.

How you work with it

You set the goal.

The first free AI plugin for staffing agencies adds no new abilities to your assistant. It teaches it the guided processes alluvo already masters and makes them findable through ordinary sentences.

So you do not need to know which step follows which. Name the result, and alluvo sets the order, checks the guardrails and puts the whole thing in front of you as a preview. Simply asking a question still works, of course.

Every action runs in your workspace and with your permissions. What you may not do in alluvo, the assistant does not do in your name either.

  • A goal "Draft a staffing contract based on the last email I received."
  • A goal "Take over whatever open tasks are due today."
  • A goal "Place the three employees on the bench with existing clients."
  • A goal "Prepare the candidate profile and send it as a link and PDF to clients who might be interested."
  • A question "Who is on the bench right now?"
  • A goal "Ms. Aydin is out tomorrow. Organize the replacement."
  • A goal "Create the new care assistant and collect her master data from her directly."
  • A question "What is on today?"
  • A goal "Send a reminder to every client with items over 30 days overdue."
  • A goal "Find duplicate companies and show me first what a merge would change."
  • A question "Who is looking for care staff around Manchester right now?"
  • A goal "Prepare my 2 pm appointment."
  • A goal "Create the shift plan for the June assignment at the hospital."

The 35 ready-made processes behind it are listed further down in the directory.

Route 1

Set up in Claude

The plugin brings the connection to alluvo with it. In the interface you get it through the marketplace, in the terminal with two commands. You do not enter anything by hand.

Recommended

claude.ai and Claude Desktop

  1. Settings → Plugins → Add → Add marketplace.
  2. Enter this in the URL field: alluvoai/ki-plugin-personaldienstleister
  3. Sync, then install the plugin alluvo from the list.
  4. Connect: in the plugin, click Connectors, where alluvo is already listed. Be signed in to alluvo in your browser, because this step runs through it.

The field accepts owner/repo or a Git address, so the short form above is enough. The route is the same in the browser and the desktop app, and the Claude Code app on the desktop takes it too.

Via commands

Claude Code in the terminal

  1. Add the marketplace. /plugin marketplace add alluvoai/ki-plugin-personaldienstleister
  2. Install the plugin. /plugin install alluvo@alluvoai
  3. Connect: call /mcp and sign in with your free alluvo account.

No GitHub account? alluvo hosts the same marketplace itself. In the first step, use this address: /plugin marketplace add https://api.alluvo.ai/plugins/marketplace.json

Without the plugin: the manual connection

For clients that do not know plugins. Create a custom connector, called Custom in the interface, and enter this server address. Claude then sends you to the alluvo login through OAuth.

https://api.alluvo.ai/mcp

The same address, the same permission check as through the plugin. What the plugin brings along there, the alluvo server itself delivers here.

Route 2

Set up in ChatGPT

The same three routes as in Claude. Here, someone with administrator rights imports the plugin once for the whole organization; after that, each member connects with their own alluvo account.

Recommended

ChatGPT Desktop

  1. Once for the organization: Admin → Plugins → Add → Import marketplace.
  2. Enter this as the address: https://github.com/alluvoai/ki-plugin-personaldienstleister
  3. The address is all you need: leave the Path field empty.
  4. Connect: open the plugin and click the entry alluvo under MCP servers. Be signed in to alluvo in your browser, because this step runs through it.

Each member does the connecting once, with their own free alluvo account. The import releases the plugin; it does not grant access to the data.

Via commands

Codex in the terminal

  1. Add the marketplace. codex plugin marketplace add alluvoai/ki-plugin-personaldienstleister
  2. Add the plugin. codex plugin add alluvo@alluvoai
  3. Connect and sign in. codex mcp login alluvo

To update, use codex plugin marketplace upgrade, then add the plugin again.

Without the plugin: the manual connection

The route without administrator rights, and the only one that also works in the browser. Under Settings → Security and sign-in, switch on Developer mode, then on chatgpt.com/plugins create a connection with this address using the plus icon.

https://api.alluvo.ai/mcp

The dialog asks for a name and a description. You type both yourself, and that is exactly what ChatGPT shows afterwards, so enter alluvo as the name.

The plugin only appears in the desktop app

ChatGPT marks imported plugins that bring their own MCP server as "desktop only". The alluvo plugin is one of them and therefore appears only in the ChatGPT desktop app. If you work in the browser, use the manual connection.

The skills

Ready-made processes instead of commands.

In the AI world, a skill is a guide an assistant looks up itself when needed: when it applies, which steps are required in which order, what to watch for. Such a guide does not sit in the language model, it sits next to it, and can therefore be changed without touching the model.

The alluvo plugin brings 35 of them, written for staffing agencies. So you do not have to memorize any command: you name your goal, the assistant looks up the right process and works through it, with a preview before every change.

The guides themselves are delivered by the alluvo server at runtime. That keeps them current and adapted to the settings and permissions of your organization, without any plugin update.

  • Daily briefing

    read-only

Appointments, due tasks, replies from outreach and everything stuck in the pipeline, as one overview to start the day.

„Here are my notes from the call, follow up on them.“

Creates a booking link, sets times and rules, and repairs it when it no longer offers appointments.

„My booking link shows no appointments.“

„Which competitors are there in my region?“

Goes through the findings after an import or during operation, prioritises them and tidies up the role catalogue too.

    „Clean up after the import.“

Read from the workflow directory of the alluvo platform, as of 28 September 2026. Your assistant may show a few more entries: it counts the guide and bundled skills too. Which workflows really appear in your organisation depends on your plan and your permissions.

First the account. Then the connection.
