The modules
Every employee on assignment brings all modules along, you choose nothing. Each module works on the same data model: the client from sales is the client in the contract, the hour from the app is the hour on the invoice.
Module Sales
Your sales team should sell, not research. Tell alluvo in one sentence which market you want. alluvo searches it, compares it with your existing data and files the result where work happens: as a task with context, not as a table in the downloads folder.
The same question works the other way round: who is free next week, and who could use them? alluvo knows qualifications, hourly rates and distances, because both sit in the same system.

A temporary staffing contract is not a form but a chain of conditions: pay agreement, pay grade, surcharges, equal pay, maximum assignment duration, deadlines. In Word a person checks this chain, at some point, in their head, next to the phone.
In alluvo it sits in the data model. One record produces the staffing contract, the assignment specification and the assignment notice, signed digitally and filed in the employee record. What does not fit never reaches paper. The rule set is German law today.

The last free hours rarely sell over the phone: too much effort for too little margin, and the day is too short anyway. In the client portal your client sees for themselves who is really free, with qualification, distance and the hourly rate from your framework contract.
The booking is not a form that someone types in afterwards. It creates the contract, the assignment notice goes out where the law requires one (German law today), and scheduling is informed, all at the same moment.

Shortly after six the office phone rings: sick notice. Then the chain begins: call the client, find cover, change the plan, correct the timesheet. In alluvo the employee reports in the app, and the chain keeps running on its own.

What happens in the app
Module Payroll data
Payroll is not a separate process but the end of all the others. When hours, surcharges and contracts come from the same system, the handover to your payroll software is not a reconstruction. It is an export.
alluvo reads handwritten timesheets and presents the hours to the employee in the app for confirmation. For agencies under a German collective agreement it also calculates the surcharges; for other countries that is planned. Salary and bank details sit on the same employee record. Payroll itself is run by your payroll software or your accountant.
