Second brain
The second brain for staffing agencies.
Your first brain is full: which client wanted what, who called when, why the clause reads the way it does. A second brain remembers it for you. In alluvo it is the software you already work with: every call, email and assignment lands on the same record, AI agents keep it in order, and you ask it in full sentences.
One record that everything hangs on. The AI agents work on it, you ask it.
How it works
Six stages, one system.
A second brain only works if someone captures, organizes and maintains. Until now that was manual work, which is why most filing systems end up abandoned. In alluvo the software and its AI agents take it over.
-
Capture
Everything arrives in one place.
Email, chat, WhatsApp and phone land as tickets in the shared inbox. Your employees report sick, record hours and ask questions in the employee app.
The shared inbox -
Condense
A call becomes a note that counts.
Once a call, note or meeting is logged, the AI follows up: it summarizes, works out what follows, such as a task, an email draft or a staffing demand, and files it on the right record.
The AI follow-up -
Link
Every company exists once, and so does every assignment.
The hospital is client, prospect, invoice recipient and assignment site at once, and in alluvo it is one record with its wards beneath it. Contract, shift plan, hours and invoice hang on the assignment. Sales, scheduling and billing read and write in the same place.
Client management -
Maintain
The data tidies itself continuously.
The Data quality app finds duplicates, skewed formatting and missing details, including right after an import. It fixes some itself and puts the rest to you as an incident. The field history records who changed what and when.
Data quality -
Answer
You ask in full sentences.
With the alluvo operator you ask your business from within Claude or ChatGPT, with your permissions: who is on the bench right now, what has been agreed with the hospital. Your employees ask the knowledge base in the app, and an assistant answers from your articles.
The alluvo operator -
Act
Knowledge turns into work.
AI agents work in the inbox, on a schedule or as a step in a workflow. Whatever always runs the same way, workflows handle without AI. Drafts in your name go through the tone you set once.

The knowledge sits on the record.
Calls, notes and emails hang on client, employee and assignment, summarized by the AI follow-up. Whoever takes over reads the history, even when the colleague is long gone.
A thing of the past
The scheduler quits. Her knowledge goes with her.
Which client prefers to be called in the morning, who does not want to share a ward with whom, what was promised in the last conversation: it is in her head and in her inbox.
The consequenceHer successor starts from zero, and your client notices on the first call.

You ask, alluvo answers.
Framework contract, assignments and invoices are in one system. You ask the operator in Claude or ChatGPT in one sentence, and it answers from your data, with your permissions.
A thing of the past
The answer is somewhere. It does not get found.
The client asks about the rate in the framework contract. The answer is in a PDF, an email and a spreadsheet, each at a different version.
The consequenceSomebody searches for twenty minutes and then calls back with the state of three months ago.

Maintenance runs along.
The Data quality app finds duplicates and gaps continuously. When merging, you see beforehand which fields move and what hangs on both records.
A thing of the past
The client list grows. So do the duplicates.
After the import, Example Client Ltd appears three times in the system, once with Ltd, once without and once with a typo.
The consequenceEveryone maintains a different version, and nobody trusts the list any more.
Trust
A memory you can believe.
A second brain is only worth as much as what you can verify. That is why every AI step in alluvo leaves a trail.
-
You decide per action.
Every AI action is set to Off, Suggest or Execute. With Suggest the run waits for a person, and the AI never sends contracts.
How far the AI may go -
Every run is readable.
What an agent did, what it based that on and what it left alone is in the log. Every record the AI touches carries a note that an agent did it.
Agents in the studio -
The instructions are yours.
How an agent works, you write down in full sentences. The instruction consists of blocks, and each one shows who owns it.
The alluvo agents -
The data is in Frankfurt.
alluvo runs on Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt am Main. For AI tasks, the content needed for them goes to Anthropic and OpenAI under standard contractual clauses.

Questions
Questions about the second brain.
What is a second brain?
A second brain is a system that remembers what your first brain should not have to keep: conversations, agreements, documents and how they connect. With AI, it is no longer you who organizes and summarizes everything but an agent, and you can ask the system in full sentences.
Is alluvo a note-taking app?
No, alluvo is the software a staffing agency works in: sales, scheduling, contracts, hours, invoices. The second brain comes about on the side, because every call, email and assignment lands on the same record and AI agents follow it up.
Does my team have to type everything in?
No. Messages arrive through the shared inbox and the employee app. Once a call, note or meeting is logged, the AI follow-up summarizes it and files what follows from it.
Who sees what?
The operator works with the permissions of the person asking. AI agents get their permissions per assignment site, and each of their actions is set to Off, Suggest or Execute.
Where is the data stored?
alluvo runs on Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt am Main, with servers and storage in Germany. For AI tasks, the content needed for them goes to Anthropic and OpenAI under standard contractual clauses. The data processing agreement is what binds this.
What does it cost?
One price per employee on assignment and month, with all modules. Employees on the bench, candidates and users cost nothing. Every employee on assignment brings credits for the agents' work. The numbers are on the pricing page.
