Data quality that runs alongside.

After the import, Example Client Ltd is in the system three times: once with Ltd, once without and once with a typo. The data quality app keeps detecting duplicates, inconsistent formatting and missing details. It fixes part of it itself and puts the rest in front of you as an incident.

Core
One data model Part of alluvo, with the same data as every other app.

At a glance

The duplicate gets noticed before anyone else notices it.

  1. Duplicates, inconsistent formatting and missing details are detected, not reported and left lying around.
  2. Part of it is fixed automatically; you get the rest as an incident on your desk.
  3. Runs alongside daily work instead of happening once a year as a clean-up project.

From everyday work

Two scenes from the database. The second one gets expensive.

  1. Mit alluvo 01

The check runs in daily operations.

alluvo keeps detecting duplicates, inconsistent formatting and missing details, right after an import as well. What can be fixed automatically is fixed; the rest is waiting for you as an incident.

    A thing of the past

We'll clean up the data after the import. Sometime in autumn.

The switch is done and the legacy data is in, along with everything that piled up over the years. Cleaning up is on the list as a project, right behind the daily business.

The consequenceEvery new record lands next to a duplicate. After half a year nobody trusts the client list any more, and sales is back to keeping its own spreadsheet.

  2. Mit alluvo 02

    The duplicate is noticed beforehand.

Duplicate contacts and companies are detected. When merging, alluvo first shows which fields move, which collide and what is attached to both records; afterwards Mr Weber is in the system once.

    A thing of the past

The contact objected to marketing. His duplicate did not.

Mr Weber wrote that he no longer wants outreach emails, and someone noted it on his contact. The same Mr Weber is in the system a second time, with the old email address, and the next sequence picks up that record.

The consequenceMr Weber receives marketing despite his objection and complains to the data protection authority. That can lead to a fine, and you have lost the client anyway.1

AI in the app

Say it to alluvo.

With the alluvo operator, Claude or ChatGPT does the work in this app at your word, with your permissions and in your data. Somebody types these sentences exactly as they are written here.

  • „Find duplicate companies and show me the preview.“

Merge duplicate records · Finds duplicate companies and contacts and shows, before every merge, what moves, what collides and what depends on it.

  • „Clean up after the import.“

Clean up data quality · Goes through the findings after an import or during operation, prioritises them and tidies up the role catalogue too.

  • „Enrich the contacts from the latest emails.“

Enrich contacts · Pulls the direct line, position and spelling from emails, signatures and notes, and shows every change for confirmation first.

Questions

Questions about data quality in your CRM.

What problems does alluvo detect?

Duplicates, inconsistent formatting and missing details, and it enriches records as well. Part of it is fixed automatically; the rest appears as an incident for you to check.

Does alluvo merge duplicates without asking?

No. Before every merge you see a preview. Through the alluvo operator, up to 50 pairs can be merged in one go, but only on your say-so.

Does it help after a data migration too?

That is exactly what it is for. The operator reviews the findings after an import, sorts them by urgency and tidies the role catalogue along the way, for example roles without a level.

Can I group sites under a parent company?

Yes. Instead of keeping ten sites of one operator as ten companies, you attach them as sites under the company they belong to.
