Build AI agents without programming.
In the Studio you set up an agent like a new colleague: what it may do, what it knows and where it works. After that it runs in the inbox, on a schedule or as a step in a workflow, and every run is in the log. Whoever wants to build AI agents in alluvo writes sentences and ticks boxes.

At a glance
The workbench for your agents.
- Build agents, give them instructions and roll them out, all in one place.
- The instruction is not a text field: about twenty blocks with different owners, and each one shows who it belongs to.
- Every run can be read back: what the agent did, what it relied on, what it left alone.
From everyday work
Three scenes with AI in the office. One of them is probably running right now.
-
Mit alluvo 01
The instruction belongs to the company.
You write brand voice and form of address once as a building block and attach it to every agent that needs it. Every block of the instruction shows who owns it, and the assembled text can be read and copied in full.
A thing of the past
Everyone has their own prompt. In their own note.
Three colleagues have an AI draft their emails, each with their own instruction lying somewhere in a note. How your company talks to clients is ultimately decided by whoever happens to be typing.
The consequenceSample Client Ltd gets two emails in one day in two different tones. And when a colleague leaves, she takes her prompt with her.

Mit alluvo 02
Every run is in the log.
For every run, alluvo records trigger, status, duration and every single step. Failed runs keep their real error, and an empty result counts as an error.
A thing of the past
The automation runs in the background. Presumably.
Somewhere a connected tool processes incoming requests. Whether it ran today and what it did, nobody sees as long as nobody complains.
The consequenceA run quietly aborts, and a client request lies unanswered for a week. Meanwhile someone else fills the shift.
-
Mit alluvo 03
Every capability has a switch.
Every action is set to Off, Suggest or Execute, and with Suggest the run stops until someone decides. Checks run against the real permissions of the person the agent belongs to, and an agent never sends contracts.
A thing of the past
The bot has admin rights. Hopefully it does not know.
To make the connection work, it was given access that can do more than any scheduler. What it writes goes straight out.
The consequenceAn offer with the wrong hourly rate reaches the client before a human has seen it. It cannot be taken back.
AI in the app
Say it to alluvo.
With the alluvo operator, Claude or ChatGPT does the work in this app at your word, with your permissions and in your data. Somebody types these sentences exactly as they are written here.

Questions about building AI agents.
Do I need programming skills to build an AI agent?
No. You tick capabilities, write instructions in full sentences and choose the place of work from a list. alluvo maintains the model and the base prompt. What takes practice is mainly the instruction itself, just as with a new colleague.
Where does an agent that I build in the Studio work?
In the inbox, as a step in a workflow, on a schedule or in AI follow-up as soon as a call, note or appointment is logged. In each of these places it can have different permissions.
Are there ready-made agents?
Yes. System agents such as the profile assistant are in your account from day one. You can switch them off, but not delete them. There is no catalogue of templates from other companies: whatever works in your account is part of the product or was built by your team.
Can an agent send contracts?
No. An agent can prepare a contract, but never gets beyond the draft. For agencies operating under German law, the assignment notice under section 11 of the German temporary employment act (AÜG) only goes out through a human.
