What does my client see for an available employee?

Qualification, distance and the hourly rate from your framework contract. When they book, the contract is created from that and, for agencies operating under German law, the assignment notice goes to the employee.

How does hours approval work in the portal?

Your client checks the hours your employees record in the portal and approves them there. You set up deadlines, reminders and an escalation step in time tracking, and approved hours flow into the billing run.

Does every client get all features?

That is up to you. You switch hours approval and the maintenance of sites and departments on per company, so every client gets the portal that fits how you work with them.

Does the client portal run under my own address?

Yes, a custom domain for the client portal is possible. It is included in the price per employee on assignment.
