    The issue is written in a book at reception, if someone entered it. When a key is needed, a round of questions goes through the office.

What can I record in inventory management?

What happens to the equipment when an employee leaves?

Because everything issued hangs on the person, it shows what has not been returned yet when they leave. You do not need to keep a second list for that.

How does equipment relate to the fleet?

Both belong to the People & Time module and follow the same mechanics: one item, one owner, one return. The fleet adds licence checks and odometer readings.
