## Three scenes before payday. One of them costs money.

1. Mit alluvo 01
   
   ### The bank details come from the employee themselves.
   
   The bank details reach the record through the employee questionnaire, or your employee maintains them themselves in the employee app. They sit on their employee record, next to their salary.
   
   A thing of the past
   
   ### The new IBAN comes by email. *Hopefully from the employee.*
   
   A short email: please pay my salary to this account from now on. Someone in the office enters the number in the list because the name is right and the month is pressing.
   
   **The consequence**The salary lands with a fraudster. Your employee waits for their money, and you pay the month a second time.
2. Mit alluvo 02
   
   ### The salary sits on the employee.
   
   In alluvo the salary is a record on the employee's record. Whoever changes it changes it there, and everybody works with the same state.

   ### The salary is in an Excel list. *Nobody knows which version.*
   
   The pay rise was promised, by phone, in spring. The list for the accountant still shows the old hourly wage because the current file is on another computer.
   
   **The consequence**The old wage is paid. Your employee notices on the payslip, and the back payment is the smaller problem if they start at a competitor afterwards.

   Salaries and bank details sit in alluvo on the employee record, instead of travelling through mailboxes as an attachment. Whoever needs them looks there.

   Name, salary, IBAN, for every employee in one spreadsheet. It sits in the mailbox of accounting, the branch manager and a colleague who has worked elsewhere since March.

## Questions about payroll data in staffing.

**Does alluvo run payroll?**

Not today. The payroll module manages your employees' salaries and bank details. Payroll still runs where it runs today, with your payroll software or your accountant. Running payroll in alluvo is planned for Germany first.

**Which payroll data does alluvo manage?**

The salary and bank details of every employee, as records on their employee record. Assignments, hours, absences and expenses are there too, because all modules work on the same data.

**How do a new employee's bank details get into the system?**

Through the digital employee questionnaire: the new employee fills it in, and alluvo takes the return into the master data. Later they maintain their bank details themselves in the employee app.

**Can I already use the payroll module today?**

The module is in closed beta. It runs at first clients, and you get access on request.

**What does Payroll cost?**
