Module Scheduling & contracts ## Errors that never happen in the first place. A temporary staffing contract is not a form but a chain of conditions: pay agreement, pay grade, surcharges, equal pay, maximum assignment duration, deadlines. Module Payroll data ## Numbers that are already right. Payroll is not a separate process but the end of all the others. When hours, surcharges and contracts come from the same system, the handover to your payroll software is not a reconstruction. It is an export. alluvo reads handwritten timesheets and presents the hours to the employee in the app for confirmation. For agencies under a German collective agreement it also calculates the surcharges; for other countries that is planned. Salary and bank details sit on the same employee record.
