What counts

## What is counted is who is on assignment.

You count in employees on assignment, and so do your clients. That is why we count in the same unit. Users, modules and records play no role in the price.

Candidates, users and storage: €0. Credits beyond the pool cost €25 per 10,000. Onboarding costs €3,500 with monthly payment. With annual payment you pay the employees on assignment twelve months in advance at the start of the term; anyone who joins during the term is billed afterwards at the annual price, the archive monthly. You pay by invoice. All amounts plus VAT.

Credits and agent work

## You pay for finished work.

Credits only apply when an agent takes over work: every result costs a fixed number of credits. Workflows, contracts, invoices, dunning, shift plans and other automations are free; AI steps inside them appear as their own line. alluvo creates a temporary staffing contract from framework contract and booking in seconds instead of up to 25 minutes.[2]

Switching offer

## You don't pay twice when you switch.

If your contract with zvoove, Attina or another vendor is still running, every employee on assignment you bring along costs you nothing until it ends. That applies without an upper limit. We only bill what is added through growth.

Price change

## Your price stands for as long as your term runs.

1. During your term your price does not change.
2. On renewal you pay at most the list price shown on this page at that time.
3. We announce a price change at least 60 days in advance, by an email you cannot unsubscribe from and with a notice in alluvo.
4. If you don't like the new price, you cancel at the end of your term.

**What is an employee on assignment?**

Someone who was on a running assignment at one of your clients on at least one day in the billing month. That is the moment you earn money, and so the moment alluvo costs something.

**What does an employee on the bench cost?**

Nothing. Someone without an assignment costs you wages without revenue. We do not bill them in that month.

**Do I have to choose modules or packages?**

All eight modules are included, with every feature: client portal, SSO, job-board and labour-market data connections, payroll data, controlling, workflows, custom agents, API and MCP. You choose nothing and switch nothing on.

**What does setup cost?**

Nothing with annual payment. With monthly payment onboarding costs a one-time €3,500. It includes setup, migration of your existing data and training for your team.

**How long am I committed?**

With monthly payment you can cancel every month. With annual payment you pay the employees on assignment for twelve months in advance at the start of the term; anyone who joins during the term is billed afterwards at the annual price. The notice period is one month before the end of the term. You pay by invoice, by SEPA direct debit on request.

**Is there a minimum?**

No. You pay from the first employee on assignment, even if it is just one.

**What happens if my credits run out?**

Then you top up: €25 per 10,000 credits. What the pool does not cover at month end we bill with the monthly invoice, rounded up to whole packs. Your contract is not upgraded, and unused credits stay valid for three months.

**What costs credits and what does not?**

Credits only apply when an agent takes over work, for example following up a phone note, reading out a résumé or making a screening call. Workflows, contracts, invoices, dunning, shift plans, hours approval and other automations are free. If a workflow calls an agent, only its result costs credits.

**What do ads and job boards cost?**

Nothing at alluvo. Ads on Meta or on job boards you book and pay directly with the provider, with your own account. alluvo helps you manage them: you steer and evaluate Meta campaigns from within alluvo.

**Why not per user?**

A price per user grows with your office. alluvo takes work off the office, so it can look after more people on assignment with the same team. A price per user would punish exactly that.

**What happens to employees who have left?**

Their record stays archived with all documents and evidence, for €2.99 per archived employee and month.

## Your first invoice comes with your first assignment.

Recruiting, employees on the bench and everything around the platform cost nothing. You pay from the first employee who works at one of your clients.
