alluvo operator

# Your business. Just say it.

The AI plugin for staffing agencies that operates alluvo, in Claude and in ChatGPT. Talk to your scheduling team: the operator works with your real data, your permissions, your guardrails (Rules that live in the data model instead of a checklist: pay agreement, equal pay, maximum assignment duration and legal deadlines are checked before a document even exists. Today they follow German temporary-agency law; other countries are planned.). Behind it is no second program, but the same connection alluvo already offers as an MCP server (Model Context Protocol: the open standard AI assistants use to talk to software. alluvo runs a signed-in connection of this kind, and behind it sits the same logic and the same permission check as in the web interface.).

[Start for free](https://app.alluvo.ai/register?lang=en&market=en&utm_source=website&utm_medium=market&utm_campaign=en) How to get in

One step. No keys. No terminal.

A demo of the alluvo operator in Claude. Five example requests run one after the other: bench employees with matching framework-contract clients, onboarding a new employee, closing a contract including the assignment notice, a sickness replacement and a duplicate preview, each with the results alluvo delivers.

Examples from real workflows. What the operator answers comes from your data, not from a language model's memory.

How it works

## Three steps. Then you talk.

Between "never used it" and "the first contract is out" there is no second onboarding. Once your team is set up in alluvo, it is set up in the operator.

1. 01

   ### Install the plugin

One step in Claude, and the plugin (A package for Claude: it brings the connection to alluvo and the ready-made workflows for staffing. You install it once and it sets up the rest itself.) connection is in place.

No API keys, no configuration file, no developer setup. The connection is already described in the package. [The commands are in the guide](https://alluvo.ai/en/install-plugin).
2. 02

   ### Sign in with your alluvo account

Claude finds the sign-in path itself: OAuth 2.1 (The standard sign-in path on the web. You sign in to alluvo and allow access. Claude never gets your password, only an access right you can withdraw at any time.) in the browser, sign in, confirm. If you belong to several organisations, you pick one, and everything stays inside it from then on.

Anyone who is not a member of the organisation does not get in. That is not decided by the model, that is decided by the connection.
3. 03

   ### Get started

The operator has exactly your permissions. Every single action goes through the same check as a click in the interface: what you may not do, it may not do either.

And everything it does carries your name: the operator acts as you, not next to you.

The scope

## One access. Not an excerpt.

An assistant that may only search is a search box with better manners. The operator reaches what your business actually works with.

Tools[1]

From bench matching through the contract run to duplicate checks: each one called individually, each one checked individually.

**35**

Skills (A skill is a ready-made workflow: the instructions for which tools the operator uses in which order, from onboarding a new hire to a sickness replacement. You don't have to write it, it comes with the plugin.) in the plugin[4]

Ready-made workflows, not just building blocks. You say what should happen; the operator knows the order. See all 35.

reachable data types

Employees, clients, framework contracts, assignments, shift plans, hours, documents: around half the data model.

Workflows

## One sentence. A whole workflow.

Five workflows as they come up every day. On the left is what you say. On the right is what becomes of it, and where the operator stops and asks you.

01 / 05

### On the bench, sold

You say

"Who is without an assignment next week, and who could use them?"

1. alluvo pulls all employees without a running assignment, with the date from which they are free.
2. alluvo matches them against your framework-contract clients: fitting role, feasible commute, stored hourly rate.
3. alluvo creates the assignment contracts in draft and sets a review task for scheduling.

Once you approve, alluvo sends the contract bundle for signature and holds the employee for this assignment for 48 hours so nobody books them in parallel.

02 / 05

### Onboarding, without a folder of forms

You say

"Create the new employee and collect her master data directly from her."

1. alluvo checks what is still missing in the employee record and shows the gaps.
2. alluvo sends the digital employee questionnaire as a secure guest link: she fills it in and her details go straight into the master data.
3. Bank details, emergency contact and no-gos end up where they belong.

Finally alluvo shows assignments nearby and sends the invitation to the employee app. The 50 pages of paper are gone.

03 / 05

### From demand to assignment notice

You say

"The staffing demand from the hospital is through. Make the contracts."

1. alluvo takes the demand and sets up the framework contract; the client signs in the portal.
2. On top of it the assignment contract: surcharges, shift plan, term.
3. On signing, the staffing contract, the order confirmation and the assignment notice required by § 11 AÜG (Germany) are created.

The assignment notice is not a reminder in a calendar: either it is created with the contract, or the contract is not created.

04 / 05

### Sickness replacement, on the same day

You say

"Ms Aydin is out sick. Who can from tomorrow?"

1. alluvo finds the replacement for the running contract and checks role, the client's block list and the working time rules.
2. Once you confirm, alluvo enters the replacement in the existing contract, with no new stack of paper.
3. The assignment specification required by § 12 AÜG (Germany) goes to the client automatically.

The call to the client stays with you. The paperwork for it is already there when you make it.

05 / 05

### Duplicates, with a preview

You say

"Find duplicate companies, but first show me what would happen."

1. alluvo finds the pairs and sorts them by similarity.
2. For each pair alluvo shows the preview: which fields move, which collide, what hangs on both records.
3. Merging only happens on your word, up to 50 pairs in one go if you like.

What does not merge cleanly, alluvo does not merge: instead of an error message you get the blocking records by name, and a work plan for them.

6 contracts. 15 seconds.

A voice message from the car after a client meeting: by the time he reached the office, six contracts were correctly drafted. One click sent them to the clients for digital booking.

Read from the workflow directory of the alluvo platform, as of 28 September 2026. Your assistant may show a few more entries: it counts the guide and bundled skills too. Which workflows really appear in your organisation depends on your plan and your permissions.

Security, built in

## No yes, no writing.

An assistant that may write in your data needs more than good will. The four rules below are not in a system prompt but in the code; a model cannot negotiate with them.

[How alluvo handles your data overall](https://alluvo.ai/en/security)

**Preview, then confirmation**

Every write action runs in two stages: first the operator shows what would happen, then it carries it out. Without your yes the data stays as it is.

**Permanent deletion is off**

Through the operator things move to the recycle bin and never beyond. Restoring always works; hard deletion is switched off in the code for this route.

**Every change has a sender**

What the operator changes appears in the same history as your clicks in the browser, with source, tool and time. Who changed what and when stays answerable.

**Sensitive data does not go out**

Two guards in the code keep data under Art. 9 GDPR (Special categories of personal data: health, religion, trade union membership, origin. In staffing this mostly means sick notes, medical certificates and restrictions.) and internal notes out of texts that go to clients or applicants. This works on the routes alluvo knows, as an additional brake, not as a blanket promise.

FAQ

## Everything that is still open.

If a question is missing, write to us: [info@alluvo.ai](mailto:info@alluvo.ai). We answer with what really runs, not with what sounds good.

**What is MCP, and what does it have to do with the operator?**

MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is the open standard through which AI assistants talk to software. alluvo runs an MCP server: a signed-in connection with the same business logic and the same permission checks behind it as the web interface.

The operator is the plugin that brings this connection into Claude, plus the ready-made workflows for staffing agencies on top.

**Do I need Claude, or does it work with ChatGPT too?**

Both work, and both the same way: the plugin through the marketplace, the command line with two commands (Claude Code here, Codex there), and for everything else the connection by hand. Two differences remain: in ChatGPT the plugin imports an administrator for the whole organisation, and it only appears there in the desktop app.

Both ways are described step by step in the [installation guide](https://alluvo.ai/en/install-plugin).

**How do I sign in?**

Through OAuth 2.1, and Claude finds the way there itself. You click Connect, land in the browser at alluvo, sign in with your account and confirm access. No keys to copy, no file to edit.

If you belong to several organisations, you pick one. After that everything the operator sees and does is limited to that organisation.

**What may the operator do, and what not?**

Exactly what you may do. The operator acts with your user account, and every single action goes through the same permission check as a click in the interface. A dispatcher with access to one branch does not get a second one through the operator.

It can only manage permissions if you are a super admin. For everyone else that area simply does not exist.

**Can it delete my data?**

Not permanently. Deleting through the operator means: into the recycle bin, restorable at any time. Hard deletion and emptying the recycle bin are switched off in the code for this route.

And it asks beforehand anyway: write actions first show the preview and only run after your confirmation.

**And if it gets something wrong?**

Then you see it beforehand. The preview names records by name, not by ID; where something is ambiguous, the operator asks instead of guessing. If an action is blocked, you are told which records are in the way.

And you see it afterwards too: every change appears with source, tool and time in the record history, the same history in which your own changes appear.

**Does the operator answer in my language?**

Yes. The answer language comes from your language setting in alluvo and is set again with every answer, so the conversation does not drift into English bit by bit.

In the engine room, tool names and technical messages stay in English. That has no influence on your answer.

**Is this only for dispatch?**

No. Besides dispatch and back office, the plugin brings workflows for sales and recruiting: talent marketing, research on target clients, first contact in sequence, evaluation of recruiting campaigns.

It is the same connection and the same permission check, just other workflows on top.

**Does the operator cost extra?**

No. The operator is part of alluvo, not an add-on product. Its AI work runs on the credits of your account, from the same pool that everything in alluvo draws on. What credits are and how the pool grows is on the [pricing page](https://alluvo.ai/en/pricing).

## Footnotes

1. Counted in the platform's source code, as of 26 August 2026: 81 registered tools on the MCP connection, around 121 of the 234 data types of the model reachable via MCP. The delivered state may lag the source code by one stage; the numbers grow with every release. ↩
2. Not counted by hand: the number is the length of the directory below, read from the workflow directory of the alluvo platform (as of 28 September 2026). Your assistant may show a few more entries because it also counts the guide and bundled skills. ↩
