We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws. Under Art. 8 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
