For staffing agencies

# Staffing. A new era.

alluvo is the AI-native (Not software with an AI button: alluvo is built around language models. You describe a goal, alluvo carries out the steps and shows you what it did.) platform that brings sales, contracts, scheduling and employee records together in one system. You say what you need. alluvo gets to work.

One price per employee on assignment, all modules included. Employees on the bench and candidates cost nothing.

A demo of the alluvo prompt box. Five example requests run one after the other: new clients in the region, bench employees with matching client requests, scanned timesheets read in, shift plans entered and employee questions answered automatically, each with the results alluvo delivers.

The status quo

## Six tools. Ten tabs.

One for sales, one for employee records, one for the plan, one for email, one for tickets, one for payroll. In between: you. Copy, paste, ask, correct.

What if …

… your sales team were prepared before anyone picks up the phone?

## Sales. Running in the background.

Say in one sentence what you are looking for. alluvo combs through your market, weeds out who is already a client and files the rest as tasks in sales, with context instead of a spreadsheet.

The result lands as a task, not as a list

… contracts wrote themselves without errors?

## Contracts that write themselves.

Staffing contract, assignment notice and assignment specification: alluvo assembles them from your master data and, under German temporary-agency law today, checks pay agreement, equal pay and maximum assignment duration along the way. Not as a reminder in your calendar. As a guardrail (Rules that live in the data model instead of a checklist: alluvo checks pay agreement, equal pay, maximum assignment duration and legal deadlines before a document even exists. alluvo was built in Germany and applies German temporary-agency law today. Rules for other countries are planned.).

… clients could simply book bench employees themselves?

## On the bench? Sold.

Your clients see in the portal who is free and book themselves. You get the booking, the employee gets the assignment, and the contract writes itself along with it.

A booking creates the contract and, under German law, the assignment notice

… the app took the calls off your office?

## One app. The whole employment relationship.

For sick notes, vacation and timesheets, nobody picks up the phone any more. That is only the start: the same app holds time tracking, shift plan, assignment notices, academy and the knowledge base. What is answered there never rings in the office. And none of it comes from an app store: the app runs in the browser, even offline.

The report reaches scheduling and client at the same time

## Payroll data. In one place.

Hours and surcharges come from the same system as the contracts. Salary and bank details sit on your employee's record, ready for your payroll software or the accountant who runs payroll.

Under the hood

## Standard. Not as a module.

What others charge extra for is the basic equipment here. Tap the terms if you want to know what is behind them.

- AI-native (Not software with an AI button: alluvo is built around language models. You describe a goal, alluvo carries out the steps and shows what it did.)
- MCP-ready (Connect Claude and other assistants directly to alluvo: ask your scheduling team in plain language instead of clicking through screens.)
- Guardrails (Pay agreement, equal pay, maximum assignment duration and legal deadlines sit in the data model, not in a checklist. alluvo checks them before a document exists. Today they follow German temporary-agency law; other countries are planned.). Standard.
- GDPR & EU hosting (alluvo runs on AWS in Frankfurt, Germany, data processing agreement included. What exactly is processed is described in the privacy policy.)
- Payroll export (Surcharges under the collective agreement come from time tracking automatically. The export to your payroll software is being built with tax advisers on real payslips, for Germany first.)

The sums

## You're an entrepreneur, aren't you?

Then let's do a quick calculation.

Three places where your money sits idle. All assumptions are shown next to them: recalculate, turn the numbers, disagree.

### 90% utilisation. Good. The profit is in the last 10.

For the last ten percent sales is not worth it: too small for a campaign, too short-notice for a call. So they stay unsold, while the wage costs keep running regardless.

And every day you weigh it up: do I secure next month, or do I take care of the last ten percent? You can't do both at once. Time is ticking.

In the alluvo client portal you no longer have to choose: your clients see for themselves who is on your bench and book directly. Short notice means the spontaneous price. Meanwhile your sales team secures next month.

Calculation sheet · utilisation Worked example

Your numbers

Employees 15

**15**

Hourly billing rate 55 €

**55**

Utilisation 90 %

**90**

**On the bench · per month**

252 h

**Lost revenue · per year**

166,320 €

**With client portal · additional per year**

95,600 €

Almost the full contribution margin: the wage costs run anyway.

**Assumptions** · 168 h/month full-time · 50% portal share · +15% spontaneous price [3]

The hours are long since paid for. They are not sold.

### Three sales reps. The output of six.

Only about a third of sales time is active selling[4]. The rest is research, data upkeep, contracts. A temporary staffing contract costs 15 to 20 minutes [2] plus the errors you correct afterwards.

With alluvo your sales team gets the list already prepared. Contracts write themselves in two minutes with guardrails (Rules alluvo follows itself when writing: pay agreement, equal pay, maximum assignment duration, and the assignment notice required by § 11 AÜG (Germany). What does not fit is not even created.) instead of in twenty with risk. The rework is gone.

That is a fourth sales rep. Without a fourth sales rep.

Calculation sheet · sales Worked example

- 3 sales reps × 8 h 24 h per day
- of which around 65% non-sales 15.6 h per day
- alluvo takes over a good half ≈ 8 h per day

Freed up · per year

**≈ 1.760 h**

220 working days

**≈ 70.000 €**

Full cost ≈ €40 per hour[5]

### Meeting people. Not PDFs.

Screening résumés, creating candidate profiles, chasing missing details by phone: that is not recruiting, that is data entry.

alluvo reads in applications, builds the profile, collects missing details itself, by WhatsApp or email, and matches against your open requests. Your recruiter holds conversations.

More than a working day a week. For people instead of PDFs.

Calculation sheet · recruiting Worked example

- 40 applications × 15 min. to screen and enter 10 h per week
- with alluvo: review instead of enter ≈ 0.7 h per week
- back for conversations ≈ 9.3 h per week

Freed up · per year

**≈ 460 h**

46 working weeks

**≈ 16.000 €**

Full cost ≈ €35 per hour[6]

Total of this worked example

**over** 180,000 € a year

**about**2,200 h a year

**≈ 95,600 €** additional revenue through the client portal, plus **≈ 86,000 €** of freed capacity in sales and recruiting. Two different things: one comes in, the other gives you time back that you can sell again.[7]

And that was only what can be calculated.

Be honest: how often a day do you hear:

Eight follow-up questions your employees put to the office every day:

- "How many vacation days do I have left?"
- "Why is the night surcharge not on my payslip?"
- "I can't get into the system: who can help me?"
- "I have moved house: who do I have to tell all this?"
- "I'm sick: who do I tell, and who tells the client?"
- "I did hand in the timesheet, so why is it missing again?"
- "My forklift licence is expiring: who takes care of the renewal?"
- "I need a certificate for the authorities: who issues it?"

Imagine simply not having to deal with it any more.

## In use. Every day.

6 contracts.
15 seconds.

A voice message from the car. By the time he reached the office, the contracts were drafted.

big next step GmbH has worked with alluvo from the start, from scheduling to client approval.

An example from real operations: a campaign to a dormant candidate list. The AI writes via WhatsApp, answers follow-up questions, and in the end intro calls are in the calendar, booked without a single phone call.

> The moment I realised we would never work without it again: after a client meeting, in the car, a voice message to alluvo. When I got to the office, six contracts were correctly set up in draft mode. One click sent the contracts to the clients for digital booking. Effort: 15 seconds.
>
> alluvo develops at breathtaking speed every day. And the good part: you don't even have to keep up, because we work goal-oriented now, no longer step-by-step.

## Footnotes

1. Calculation based on the list prices of the vendors named; detailed workings to follow. ↩
2. Internal measurement in Germany: creating a temporary staffing contract manually in Word (15–20 minutes including rework) versus alluvo with guardrails (about 2 minutes). The detailed calculation will follow. ↩
3. Worked example, not a promise. Bench hours = employees × 168 h × (100% − utilisation). Lost revenue = bench hours × hourly billing rate × 12 months. Portal scenario = bench hours × 50% × hourly billing rate × 1.15 (short-notice surcharge) × 12 months, rounded to the nearest €100. Assumptions: 168 h full-time per month; defaults of 15 employees, a €55 hourly billing rate and 90% utilisation. ↩
4. Salesforce, “State of Sales”: sales reps spend roughly 28–30% of their working time actively selling; the rest goes on research, data upkeep and administration. ↩
5. Worked example: 3 sales reps × 8 h = 24 h per day; of which roughly 65% non-selling time ≈ 15.6 h per day. Assumption: alluvo takes over a good half of that (research, data upkeep, contract creation) ≈ 8 h per day. Annual calculation: 8 h × 220 working days ≈ 1,760 h; valued at a full cost of around €70,000 per sales rep per year ≈ €40 per hour. ↩
6. Worked example: 40 applications per week × 15 minutes of reviewing and recording = 10 h per week. With alluvo the recording drops away; the remaining review time is calculated at about 1 minute per application. Annual calculation: 10 h × 46 working weeks ≈ 460 h; valued at a full cost of around €35 per hour. ↩
7. Sum of the three worked examples: additional revenue from footnote 3 plus freed-up capacity from footnotes 5 and 6 (sales around €70,000, recruiting around €16,000). Revenue and capacity are deliberately kept apart: freed-up time is not a saving in the bank, it is capacity you can redeploy. ↩
